Pai is intelligent, dedicated and confident.  He is the brains of the aliens.  Unlike Kisshu(Kish) he plans his battles against the mew mews.  He is the oldest of the Aliens and tends to do analyze everyone.  He and Taruto(Tart) most likely attack the mews together.  He will also follow Deep Blue, his leader, till the very end. 

His Weapon: Its a fan.  This thing has got to be the ugliest thing alive.(but oh well) The attacks are Fuu Rai Sen, Fuu Hyou Sen, Fuu Shi Sen, and Ku Ryu Sen.(Attck names came from Neko Tokyo)

Spoilers:In Eps 51 he uses two fans to stop Deep Blues attack(correct me if I am wrong) and that Attack is called "Kuu Rai Sen Puu Jin" This ends up casueing his life. (T.T) but Ichigo and Masaya save the world and he lives (YAY)
